Hope You're Not Fertile Peanut Butter Cookies

Let me tell you how good these cookies are... These cookies are so good that you might end up pregnant or get your boo thang pregnant after consumption. Likeeeeeeee please understand that I will not be held liable for any babies running through any six with their woes in 9 months. This cookie is awesome at room temperature, but better believe that it is even better warm. Peanut Butter is already yummy so adding it to a cookie recipe is a trump card. Do yourself a favor and use quality ingredients when making this cookie. You'll thank me later.

  • 1 1/2 c. All Purpose Flour
  • 1 c. Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 c. Granulated Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Unsalted Butter, Softened
  • 3/4 c. Light Brown Sugar, Packed Tightly
  • 2 Large Eggs, Room Temperature
  • 2 Tbsp. Whole Milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Tsp. Kosher Salt
  1. Preheat oven to 340 degrees and line baking paper on a cookie sheet.
  2. Using a whisk, in a medium sized bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter and unsalted butter together then add both of the sugars slowly and cream.
  4. Add the egg, milk and vanilla to the peanut butter mixture then mix well.
  5. Slowly combine the dry ingredients from the medium sized bowl. As always, be careful not to over mix. Overmixing will cause your cookie to be tough! We don't like tough cookies!
  6. Using a measuring spoon or your eyes, create balls of cookie dough freeze for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from the freezer and place on a cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown & the center is still partially soft.
  9. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
  10. Allow to cool for 5-7 minutes. Serve an Enjoy!
